PADI Instructor Development Course

Our new 2012 PADI IDC curriculum consists of three parts the PADI Assistant Instructor (AI) Course, the Open Water Scuba Instructor program (OWSI) and the Emergency First Response Instructor (EFRI) course. Successful completion of the IDC qualifies you to participate in the PADI Instructor Examinations. Emergency First Response Instructor (EFRI)

Do you want to learn how to conduct the Emergency First Response Primary Care (CPR), Emergency First Response Secondary Care (First Aid) courses and the Care for Children course? Be able to train friends and family in these potentially life saving skills, then take a look at our Emergency First Response Instructor (EFRI) course page.
Note: This course is required to become a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor, and is included in our IDC packages

PADI Instructor Examination

So you have successfully completed the PADI Instructor Development Course, the next step is the PADI IE. This conducted by a professional Instructor Examiner from the PADI Asia Pacific office, which ensures that the assessment is fair and objective. PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer

Set yourself up to be able to teach more course with the Master Scuba Diver Trainer (MSDT) rating, to become an MSDT you need to be able to teach five PADI specialties and have 25 PADI Diver certifications. If you opt for the MSDT internship you will actually get to team teach with our experienced staff and certify 25 students at our PADI 5* Instructor Development Centre here in Koh Tao, teaching all levels including entry level Open Water students, Advanced Open water courses, Rescue Diver courses and Specialties. PADI IDC Staff Instructor

Are you an experienced Instructor looking at the prestigious Master Instructor rating or thinking about going all the way to PADI Course Director.
